The services provided by The Athletes Health LLC are strictly for educational and personal development purposes. We provide coaching and performance consulting to support mental skills, motivation, focus, and goal-setting for athletes and individuals seeking to optimize performance.
We are not licensed counselors, therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals, and we do not provide mental health treatment, diagnosis, or clinical interventions.
Nothing in our sessions should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in need of professional counseling or medical attention, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services in your area.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Coaching is not clinical therapy, counseling, or medical care.
- We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
- No guarantees or warranties are made regarding personal, athletic, or performance outcomes.
- You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results from participating in our coaching services.
- You release The Athletes Health LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, including claims related to mental, emotional, or physical outcomes.
- If the coaching services are intended for a client under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian must be the one to register and agree to these Terms of Service on their behalf.

By signing up for or purchasing coaching services from The Athletes Health LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Our services are designed for personal and athletic development. They are not intended as a form of counseling, therapy, or medical care.
We do not provide services that involve the diagnosis, treatment, or management of mental health or medical conditions.
Participation in coaching is entirely voluntary, and clients may discontinue services at any time.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent/legal guardian register and agree to the terms on their behalf.
Coaching sessions are private and confidential; however, they are not protected under HIPAA, as we are not medical providers.
Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in performance, mindset, or personal growth.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. You agree not to hold The Athletes Health LLC or its affiliates liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in our services.
All payments are due prior to the start of services.
No-shows with less than 24-hour notice, or cancellations with less than 12-hour notice, forfeit the session.
Unused sessions expire 60 days after membership cancellation.
