About Gabe Rummel

Gabe Rummel is the founder of The Athletes Health, a mental training company focused on helping athletes build clarity, confidence, and composure under pressure in sports, for life. Through interactive workshops, speaking sessions, and ongoing training, Gabe helps athletes, teams, parents, coaches, and sports organizations strengthen the mental side of performance with practical mental exercises they can use right away.

With a background in diet and exercise, neuroscience research, and continued training in sport and performance psychology, Gabe brings together education, energy, and real-world application in a way that connects with athletes and the adults around them. His approach is built around training mental strength the way great programs train physical strength, through reps, exercises, reflection, data and implementation that carry into competition and everyday life.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions can be tailored to the audience, setting, and goals of the group. Popular options include a 20-minute parent talk or TED-style introduction, a 45 to 60-minute workshop for athletes, coaches, or teams, and extended trainings or multi-session support for deeper implementation.

Can sessions be customized for our team or organization?

Yes. Sessions can be customized based on the audience, sport, age group, setting, and goals of the event. The goal is to make each session practical, relevant, and easy to apply right away.

Are these sessions only for athletes?

No. While many sessions are built for athletes and teams, Gabe also works with parents, coaches, and sports leaders. Stronger support around the athlete often leads to stronger development and performance.
