As a D1 Des Moines or Apex Academy athlete, you get one credited session with The Athletes Health (TAH). This offer is exclusive to D1 and Apex athletes. It's not open to the public.
TAH trains the mental side of the game: confidence, focus, and composure under pressure. Same way you train your body, we train your mind.
How it works
- Fill out the short form below.
- Gabe calls you within 24 hours to set up your session.
- You complete a quick mental performance check-in before your session.
- You meet with Gabe over Google Meet for your credited first session.
